Job Summary
A developer and marketer of software products is filling a position for a Telecommute Senior Helpdesk Engineering Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Deciding how their group of teams run
- Working on meaningful problems, and creating clarity on the direction for the group
- Forming strong working relationships that assist in their teams’ success
Qualifications Include:
- Able to focus on helping their reports grow the engineers underneath them
- Strong technical acumen along with interest and opinion in the direction of the product or infrastructure
