A technology service and digital transformation consulting firm is seeking a Telecommute Senior HRIS and Data Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Advance the use and quality of data captured
- Support the overall mission of the business unit
- Serve as a key resource supporting the evolving needs of the business
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience with full life-cycle HRIS systems and HR Analytics
- Keen attention to detail, as well as the ability to work effectively with all levels of staff
- Demonstrated success operating in an environment with competing priorities and tight timelines
