An information technology company has an open position for a Telecommute Senior Human Resources Business Consultant.
Core Responsibilities Include:

- Driving continuous improvement and lead change as we develop into a premiere Human Resources organization
- Partnering with senior leaders to continually drive the effectiveness of the business
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- At least 5 years of leadership experience
- HR Thought Leadership experience with an ability to create and deliver innovative HR Strategies and Solutions
- Ability to provide consultation based on internal/external trends
- Proven strong consultative communicator with the ability to artfully influence, persuade and drive action
- Change Management/Transformation leadership and advocacy capability
- Ability to own and drive talent strategy at country level which includes, sourcing, procurement and legal
