Job Summary
A publishing services provider is seeking a Telecommute Senior Instructional Designer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Serving as mentor/advisor and Intermediary between the Development Team and other teams
- Providing thought leadership digital transformation of client vision and business objective into an innovative learning experience
- Ensuring client's vision and business needs are met for all effort
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Master's level Instructional Designer
- Experience in managing learning and organizational development initiatives
- Expertise in Adult Learning Principles
- Proven experience/ability to create high level design documents/training blue prints
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders and working with Subject Matter Experts
- Ability to translate client’s vision and business learning needs into learning solutions designs
