A healthcare company is filling a position for a Telecommute Senior Instructional Designer.
Must be able to:
- Serve as a training resource on cross-functional major initiative projects
- Execute day to day training development and delivery tasks with excellence
- Conduct training needs analysis to assess and interpret customer needs and requirements
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- College degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of professional instructional design experience in a corporate training setting
- 1+ years of experience designing web-based training content
- Demonstrable experience in project management
