A human resources outsourcing company is in need of a Telecommute Senior Intel Technical Recruiter and Sourcer.

Must be able to:

  • Source for technical candidates in the DOD/Intel community
  • Interview, screen, and evaluate external and internal candidate
  • Utilize outside of the box strategies to identify qualified candidates

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of recruiting technical candidates in the government space
  • Experience recruiting for different government agencies to include Intel and DOD
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting passive candidates for hard to fill requisitions
  • Experience utilizing the latest sourcing tools and methods
  • ATS Experience
