Job Summary
A cloud software company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Senior Java Software Engineer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Designing, testing, and developing software applications, project prototypes, proofs of concept, and client demos
- Evaluating performance of critical application components and optimizing them to assure maximum performance, security, and scalability
- Assisting in the development effort for end-to-end on-time delivery of high-quality solutions that conform to feature requirements
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering or possess equivalent work experience
- 4+ years using Java to build robust scalable applications
- 2+ years using AngularJS or equivalent alternative to build web-based applications
- 2+ years of experience contributing in an Agile and TDD work environment
- 2+ years of experience building software applications in the cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP)
