Job Summary

A recruiting agency has a current position open for a Telecommute Senior Loan Processor in Los Angeles.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Updating your loan officers and their teams daily
  • Managing 15 to 20 escrows daily and track closing dates, locks, and contingencies dates
  • Preparing all loan files for delivery to funding within a time frame that will allow the loan to close on time

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 3 year of recent experience as a mortgage processor
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge and understanding Fannie, Freddie, FHA, and VA guidelines and procedures
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Desktop Underwriter, and Loan Prospector
  • Experience with FHA Total Scorecard, Guaranteed Underwriting System, and Encompass
