Job Summary
A financial company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Senior Loss Analysis Review Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Serve as subject matter expert to make recommendations to Management Team for streamlining and efficiency gains
- Prepare and maintain Quality Control Reporting to ensure established controls for the department and other business units are being met
- Validate the accuracy of the loan financial reconciliation of all advances recovered and not recovered
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Travel Required: 5-10%
- Associate/Bachelor Degree in accounting or other related field preferred or equivalent of 5+ years of Loan Servicing experience
- Previous FHA, VA, USDA and PMI claims experience
- Five (5) or more years Loan Servicing platform experience for all default related activities such as foreclosure, bankruptcy, Loss Mitigation, etc
- Strong working knowledge of all Default Servicing processes up to and including Loss Mitigation, Bankruptcy, Foreclosure, Conveyance and Claims
- Strong background in financial analysis
