An IT and computer services company is in need of a Telecommute Senior NetSuite Services Client Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing customer experience insights through direct customer-interaction
  • Identifying solution expansion opportunities
  • Providing input into the Customer Success Methodology and direction

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Vertical-specific experience in Manufacturing, Retail, Channels, etc
  • Understanding of SaaS/Cloud ERP, CRM, SFA, etc. business processes
