Job Summary

A privately-held computer software company has a current position open for a Telecommute Senior Observability Go Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and evolving the current Beats platform, Elastic Agent and Fleet Server, all written in Go
  • Developing features for macOS, Windows and Linux
  • Designing and building new features for those components

Qualifications Include:

  • Experience creating system level software and back-end services on Linux
  • Operational experience with monitoring systems
  • Production experience with Go
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, a great teammate with strong analytical, problem solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills
