Job Summary

A medical device provider needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Senior Operations Support Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Work with programmers and software developers to define solutions
  • Act as a project leader in all phases of project execution and implementation
  • Interview subject matter experts, observe work processes, and communicate with business leaders and staff

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to understand complex problems, and to collaborate and explore alternative solutions
  • Minimum 7 yrs. experience in mortgage lending industry
  • Minimum 4 yrs. experience in a leadership role in the mortgage lending industry
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Operations leadership role
  • Advanced computer software proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other software applications
  • Excellent operating knowledge of mortgage lending industry/banking industry
