Job Summary

An international company is seeking a Telecommute Senior Patient Recruitment Lead.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Overseeing the development and implementation of recruitment
• Driving enrollment and maintain the retention of patients
• Contributing to overall departmental best practices initiative and processes

Required Skills:

• Attends a minimum of 5 bid defense or sales meetings per year
• Attend company Sponsored meetings, such as bid defense meetings, Kick Off Meetings, capabilities presentations, and Investigator Meetings as requested
• Familiar with Return on Investment (ROI) analysis
