Job Summary
A payments technology company has a current position open for a Telecommute Senior Payment Technology Interactive Credit Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide all sales partners with a communication channel via phone support
- Conduct commercial credit application reviews up to $100,000 in total exposure
- Monitor the phone queue taking inbound calls and making outbound calls to sales parents and merchants
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 3 years of commercial underwriting experience or commercial risk mitigation experience in the bank card/payment processing industry
- Excellent conflict resolution skills and emotional intelligence
- Ability to be comfortable and confident in handling a position of authority when making underwriting decisions
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and handle combination of relationships with applicants, internal staff and external customers
- Ability to adapt priorities for peak periods to ensure consistency of service levels for sales partners and merchants
