Job Summary

A provider of telehealth services for education institutions has a current position open for a Telecommute Senior People Operations Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Translating our vision, mission and values for our company culture into critical processes, policies, and systems
  • Building effective work relationships at all levels of the organization and partner cross-functionally to influence behavior change
  • Delivering a wide variety of projects end-to-end including our distributed team strategy, benefits design, and performance review process

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Experience implementing operational improvements at a scaling high growth company
  • Ability to design and manage complex projects end-to-end
  • Excellent judgment, strong communications skills, and proven ability to navigate sensitive employee concerns with care
  • Understanding of and commitment to inclusive and equitable design for people operations, processes, policies, and communications
