Job Summary
A business services company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Senior Performance Analytics Advisory Solution Architect.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing subject matter mentoring and training to peers
- Participating in service improvement opportunities
- Communicating and demonstrate solutions
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to support marketing events – user conferences, trade shows, webinars etc
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and 3-5 years of experience
- 3-5 years experience in solution consulting or business analysis function
- A broad working knowledge and understanding of Service Management Processes
- Working knowledge of the Reporting and BI industries landscape, including vendors and tools
- Experience working in a large government or corporate enterprise environment
