A company providing healthcare, life insurance, and accident insurance services is in need of a Telecommute Senior Pharmacy Resource Planning Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Serving as a technical support for systems and phone problems within PBM
- Tracking real time call volume and trends to monitor staffing levels
- Monitoring compliance to client-specific performance guarantees
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years’ experience in a call center environment
- Demonstrated understanding of call center processes and procedures
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications; experience with Real Time Management systems and tools
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
