A company that develops software for code reviewing, project management, and software building has an open position for a Telecommute Senior Premium Support Manager.

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Experience leading a globally distributed Premium Support or Managed Services team
  • Experience developing and enhancing internal escalations and communication processes
