Job Summary
A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Senior Privacy Attorney.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing proactive and creative legal guidance to facilitate launch of new and innovative technologies
- Advising on privacy and data security provisions of customer, vendor and other third party contracts
- Supporting security and other teams in responding to any data security incident responses
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to travel 10-25% of the time
- Juris Doctorate degree
- Minimum 10 years of work experience as an attorney
- ctive member of a State Bar Association with authorization to practice within the state
