Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Building solutions together with the rest of the team that solve for payroll, benefits, and the other services
- Owning not just software implementation, but also processes: We deliver value through services powered by humans and software
- Building a roadmap for the product
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Several years of experience as product manager in a high-growth company
- A very strong sense of design and UX
- A passion for products that just work, even if the problems they solve are boring and complicated
- Writes and speaks fluent English
- It's not required to have experience working remotely, but considered a plus
