Job Summary
A computer software company has an open position for a Telecommute Senior Product Marketing Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Designing, delivering, and training the field on our products and solutions
- Maintaining a subset of competitive analysis for our products
- Crafting outbound messaging and content for our open source and commercial products
Qualifications for this position include:
- Attend trade shows and other events to help showcase our products (so, some travel)
- Curiosity about the “how” of technology to tell compelling stories about the “why”
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g. CS, CSE, EE) or relevant work experience
- Proven ability to craft engaging content, including blog posts, decks, videos, etc
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Comfort working in a very cross-functional role, with a highly distributed team
