A staffing agency is filling a position for a Telecommute Senior Recruiter .

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Implementing staffing and recruiting processes, strategies, and solutions
• Proactively seeking new avenues to attract candidates
• Sourcing and screening high volumes of candidates for exempt and nonexempt roles

Qualifications for this position include:

• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience recruiting full cycle
• Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and best practices
• Strong presentation skills, verbally and in person
• Strong MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
• Excellent customer service delivery
