Job Summary
A science and technology company has an open position for a Telecommute Senior Recruiter.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing full-cycle recruitment and selection process
- Managing requisition process, job postings and candidates
- Building and maintaining talent pools of pre-screened candidates
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to travel up to 10%
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ year’s full-cycle recruiting experience sourcing candidates for medical devices, medical diagnostics, life sciences, complex technical roles
- Proven track record of successful delivery against challenging time-to-fill targets
- Exceptional knowledge, understanding and experience with a variety of advanced sourcing techniques and strategies
- Experience identifying and leveraging market trends to identify and deliver talent
