Job Summary
A staffing firm has a current position open for a Telecommute Senior Recruiter.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Maintaining a high level of customer retention and satisfaction
- Performing full lifecycle recruiting which includes advanced direct sourcing capabilities
- Conducting heavy client-facing responsibilities including managing daily information
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting for Manufacturing and Aerospace positions
- Proven success in full cycle recruiting in a high-volume environment (i.e. weekly and monthly submittals)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office programs
- Must possess excellent judgment to prioritize work, handle multiple requisitions at any given time, and meet objectives
