- Creating and executing multi-channel strategies to source candidates
- Conducting interactions with clients in a timely, professional and responsive manner
- Identifying and communicating continuous improvement opportunities and strategies
Position Requirements Include:
- 4+ years of full cycle recruitment experience
- 4+ years of client facing experience interacting with Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process
- 4+ years of experience conducting competency and behavioral based interviews
- 4+ years of Applicant Tracking System experience
- 3+ years of Industrial or Mining recruitment experience
- 3+ years of experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies
