Job Summary
An insurance holding company is in need of a Telecommute Senior Regulatory Compliance Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Monitoring, analyzing, and evaluating all state insurance laws, regulations, and bulletins, and forming any needed action plans
- Coordinating and submitting other regulatory filings to state insurance departments
- Reviewing and drafting policy forms, endorsements, policyholder notices and all related legal correspondence
Position Requirements Include:
- A bachelors or paralegal degree is required; however will consider at least 4-6 years of experience in a like position
- Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills
- Excellent research, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly self-motivated and committed to meeting deadlines and service standards
- Ability to work with individuals at all levels and various departments throughout the organization
- All other requirements necessary for this position
