Job Summary

A research software developer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Senior Research Software Development Operations Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Managing and scaling research operations
• Managing vendor relationships for research tooling
• Streamlining customer recruitment practices across the team including managing our own customer panel

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in a Research Operations, UX Research, or Design/Product Operations role
• Experience streamlining data collection and analysis of research
• Experience recruiting participants, managing a customer panel, and coaching individuals on how to match participants
• Ability to have an experimentation mindset and enjoy working iteratively
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across different disciplines
