Job Summary

A financial services company is filling a position for a Telecommute Senior RTS and Compliance Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Providing leadership in the development and execution of IT Service Management processes
• Developing and maintaining an organization of high performing and engaged employees
• Managing action items related to the strategic direction for the Production Services team

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Minimal travel required
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or related discipline, or equivalent experience
• Five years of technology and related management experience, including IT service management experience
• Five years of experience working with cross-functional teams and staff of all levels including managed service providers
• ITIL v3 certification, or formal training in ITIL/ITSM plus equivalent work experience
