Job Summary

A community solutions provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Senior Salesforce Business Analyst in Portland.

Must be able to:

  • Understand clients’ needs and translate into social business and digital solutions
  • Work with clients to identify, validate, and document business objectives
  • Create business process flows, use cases, user stories, and test cases

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Travel requirements are in the range of 10-50%
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years experience in a Business Analyst or Strategy related role
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud or similar platforms
  • Experience with agile development tools such as JIRA
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies
