Job Summary

A technology company is filling a position for a Telecommute Senior Security Application Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Owning our Secure Software Development Lifecycle - both the process and tools
  • Conducting security reviews and provide internal consulting
  • Being a subject matter expert for application security

Qualifications Include:

  • Development experience with at least one programming language
  • Deep understanding of modern web technologies, mobile and web security
  • Significant experience working as an Application Security Engineer or developer
  • Deep understanding of common vulnerabilities in web and mobile applications and how to prevent them
  • Experience with threat modeling methodologies
