Job Summary

An information technology company is seeking a Telecommute Senior Security Consultant.

Must be able to:

• Perform and manage assessments against information security frameworks
• Provide ideas and solutions for the improvement of programs, methodologies, processes and procedures
• Assist with the development and training of associate consultants and security consultants

Position Requirements Include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Information Security or equivalent work experience
• Major industry certification required, such as CISSP, CISA, or GIAC
• QSA, HIPAA or ISO certifications required or the qualifications to obtain the certification immediately
• Advanced information technology, security program and/or or information security experience
• Proven consulting, auditing or equivalent, experience
• Project Management experience with large, fast-paced projects
• Extensive knowledge of security models/programs, industry best practices and generally accepted information security principles
