Job Summary

A technology consulting company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Senior Service Desk Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Answering Help Desk phones and providing Tier I-II support to users on a variety of issues
  • Logging and prioritizing calls and providing reports as required on Service Level Agreements
  • Documenting, tracking, and monitoring the problem to ensure a timely resolution

Position Requirements Include:

  • High School diploma with 5-7 years of related experience
  • Experience with computer terms and customer service operations
  • Experience using Microsoft Office tools and Windows operating systems
