Job Summary

A technology solutions company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Senior ServiceNow Developer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Supporting the development and configuration of a variety of areas including, but not limited to ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, HR, Security Ops, GRC
  • Maintaining a considerable technical and functional knowledge of evolving market solutions and offerings
  • Designing and developing/configuring workflows, forms, scripts and underlying logic using SCRUM / Agile methodologies

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for stakeholders as appropriate
  • BS or equivalent + 9 years related experience, or MS + 7 years related experience
  • 5+ years of experience working with ITSM solutions in an enterprise environment
  • 3+ years of ServiceNow development / implementation / administrative experience
  • Experience working with web technologies (JavaScript, SOAP)
