Job Summary

A social media technology company is filling a position for a Telecommute Senior Social Media Data Lifecycle Software Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Working with engineers to create systems that deliver maximum value
  • Helping our internal customers resolve issues and getting answers to questions about using the systems we build
  • Making sure that we're staying in sync with the relevant communities

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • BS in Computer Science or equivalent subject, BE, or
  • Sufficient relevant experience
  • 5+ years of experience building software
  • Expertise in Java or Scala or other OO or functional languages (e.g. C++, C#)
  • Ability to help customers resolve issues and get answers to questions about using the systems we build
  • Ability to work with engineers to create systems that deliver maximum value
