A healthcare company is in need of a Telecommute Senior Sourcing Strategist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Attending discovery sessions with recruiters/hiring managers
- Conducting the sourcing of candidates on a national or regional level
- Employing candidate relationship management strategies
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience recruiting/sourcing
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office suite
- Experience making cold calls and presenting
