Job Summary
A multinational technology firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Senior Specialist Software Solutions Architecture Manager in Mclean.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Oversee hiring and career development for a team of enterprise account solutions architects
- Collaborate with the director of SLED solutions architects on sales strategies
- Collaborate with the regional Sales management team on customer engagement strategies
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of technical experience that includes enterprise IT architecture
- Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent technical training
- Experience with large enterprise environments
- Broad knowledge of current industry tools, trends, and best practices
- Experience leading and coaching solutions architects or other customer-facing team members
- Excellent consultative and written and verbal communication skills
