Job Summary

A home furnishings retailer has a current position open for a Telecommute Senior Specialized Service Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing, managing and coaching managers of specialized teams
  • Identifying training gaps and partnering with support teams to improve performance
  • Effectively responding to escalated customer service issues to ensure proper resolution

Qualifications Include:

  • 5+ years of service management experience,
  • Proven leadership track record and verifiable history of managing managers
  • Proven experience leveraging technology to optimize customer operations and sales
  • Deep knowledge and experience managing workforce planning, high volume recruiting, and training
  • Very knowledgeable with utilizing and implementing technology to drive process improvement
