Job Summary
A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Senior Support Quality Technical Program Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading the End-to-End framework in partnership with the Service Delivery leadership team
- Managing day-to-day operations of key areas of our Support business
- Developing and evaluating success metrics to measure process and operations improvement outcomes
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- A bachelor's degree or business or equivalent 6-10 years work experience
- 7 + years of program management experience leading service quality programs
- 7+ years of business process management and complex process improvement experience
- Experience designing, redesigning, documenting and implementing business processes and best practices
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables in a dynamic environment
