Job Summary
A managed healthcare and insurance company has a current position open for a Telecommute Senior Tech Product Operations Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Support capabilities under a product area
- Understand the “what & why” of user stories/features
- Identify and appropriately leverages SMEs
Position Requirements Include:
- HS Diploma or GED equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in product management roles
- 3+ years of experience in internal or external customer engagement and managing customer expectations and feedback
- 2+ years of experience working in an agile or scaled agile development environment
