Job Summary

An intelligent automation software company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Senior Technical Consultant.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Engage with business and IT staff at prospective clients to answer technical questions
  • Review, draft and update technical documentation on technical, operational and functional aspects
  • Provide education and mentoring to both internal and external staff in areas of technical expertise

Required Skills:

  • A willingness to travel regularly to customer sites
  • Background in software development/delivery
  • Previous experience with automation and/or orchestration tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to methodically solve business and technical problems
  • A track record in training and mentoring individuals
  • All other requirements necessary for this position
