Job Summary

A communications technology company is filling a position for a Telecommute Senior Technology Account Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Managing existing and new accounts
  • Influencing customer's technology platform decisions
  • Assessing customer's needs and addressing their requirements

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Travel Requirements 25-50%
  • Bachelors Degree with 4+ years of sales/public safety experience
  • Or 8+ years of sales/public safety experience
  • Experience selling software solutions
  • Knowledge and experience with CRM systems, specifically
  • Knowledge of NG9-1-1, Networking, CAD/RMS, Mobile Data system, solutions and market places
