A technology company has an open position for a Telecommute Senior Technology Customer Success Manager in Atlanta.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Oversee the customer lifecycle to proactively enable adoption and ensure ongoing client satisfaction
- Leverage knowledge of the company's platform to advise on best practices
- Develop collateral and conduct periodic account reviews with client executive teams
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of Customer Success Management and/or Account Management experience
- Proven customer management skills with large and complex accounts
- Passion for e-commerce and new technology
