Job Summary
A computer manufacturer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Senior Technology Service Management Analyst in Draper.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing and lead monthly business reviews to customers via teleconference
- Managing multiple work streams and tasks daily, prioritizing and aligning to customer needs
- Providing a holistic approach to account management services
Qualifications for this position include:
- Undergraduate degree and 2- 4 years relevant experience or Graduate degree and 0-2 years relevant experience
- Demonstrate strong leadership during crisis situations
- Prior Account management experience
- Reporting skills via various tools/applications
- Strong industry knowledge
