Job Summary

A technology company has a current position open for a Telecommute Senior Technology Service Manager in Los Angeles.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Working with the customer to define the customer’s chat bot roadmap
  • Participating in dialog design initiatives based on data analysis
  • Handling escalations and complaints from customers

Skills and Requirements Include:
