Job Summary

A telecommunications company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Senior Telephony Voice Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Create systems to connect seamlessly with our Carriers and CPaaS platforms
  • Design and implement monitoring, logging, and alerting tools
  • Design and implement tools for automated QA

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 5 years of industry experience in developing, configuring and troubleshooting VOIP systems
  • Experience in troubleshooting SIP (PCAP, SIP traces, etc..)
  • Positive, self-motivated and enthusiastic attitude with a strong sense of ownership
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
