Job Summary

A business solutions provider is seeking a Telecommute Senior Tier 2 Technical Support Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Serving as internal and external point of contact on customer matters
  • Ensuring effective provisioning, installation, configuration, operation, and automation of systems
  • Taking end-to-end ownership of customer issues

Required Skills:

  • BA/BS/MS in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related discipline
  • 10+ years of customer support, technical support, system administration or related customer facing role
  • Experience providing Linux OS and Windows Server administration skills
  • Installing and hardening Linux operating systems
  • Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM ticketing system
