Job Summary

A nonprofit organization has a current position open for a Telecommute Senior Total Rewards Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Managing the annual benefits enrollment and communication process
  • Assisting talent business partners, recruiters and managers with compensation analysis and decisions
  • Completing ad hoc compensation and benefit analysis as required

Required Skills:

  • Effective project management skills required
  • Bachelor’s degree in related area required, preferably in business administration
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role which includes the analysis, design and/or administration of benefit programs
  • Advanced MS Excel skills along with other MS Office programs
  • Knowledge of HR principles and procedures
  • Excellent analytical skills & collaborative problem solving required
