Job Summary

A food company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Senior Transformation Manager.

Must be able to:

• Develop and lead a team of Agile Change Architects to deliver and sustain the Manufacturing Transformation
• Coach and mentor Change Architects and Operations Teams on change processes
• Engage Senior Leadership as needed for alignment and support

Required Skills:

• This role will require travel
• Bachelor’s degree required (preference in engineering, operations, or business), MBA preference
• 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing or continuous improvement environment
• Proven track record of managing project cost savings across multiple business unit’s year
• Experience leading and training a team
• Demonstrated ability to drive significant sustained performance improvements in key metrics
