Job Summary
A national property and casualty insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Senior Transportation Liability Claims Specialist in Morristown.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Receiving claims assignments
- Determining the method and extent of investigation for each claim as required by company Best Practices
- Reviewing and managing outstanding files, as assigned, for adequacy and timeliness of investigation
Position Requirements Include:
- Travel occasionally required
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience handling liability claims
- Obtain and maintain required state licenses
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential and the ability to communicate with all levels within the organization
- Computer skills with a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of programs a must
- Will abide by departmental policies and procedures
