Job Summary

A technology company is in need of a Telecommute Senior UCaaS CCaaS Enterprise Solutions Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Assisting with development of formal sales plans
  • Providing technical and sales support for accounts
  • Developing advanced system configurations

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Ability to travel throughout assigned region
  • 10+ years experience in VoIP network architecture, products, protocols, and solutions
  • VoIP, Mobile, or IMS Network Architectures experience
  • Strong understanding of VoIP and data networking protocols
  • Experience with telecommunications network design, architecture, and support
  • Pre-Sales experience
